Early Spring

So it's 14th January 2007 and spring has sprung all around. here's a whole bunch of Snowdrops, they must have been there a week already.
Then we have this seemingly boring plant which is in fact a Lords and Lady.
Finally there's the Winter Aconites. They usually come up after the Snowdrops but not far after.is this a sign of Global Warming or is this just a particularly warm january?
